On June 14, 2018, I photographed Eric Lundgren and Nathan Proctor of U.S. PIRG in Olympia as they delivered over 11,000 signatures to Microsoft, urging changes to its recycling and repair policies. Later that day, Lundgren began a 15-month prison sentence for conspiracy to traffic in counterfeit goods and copyright infringement. This gallery captures the event’s intensity and significance.
